Rudy,

Thank you for passing along the article.  However, I can't say that I'm 
surprised by this information.  Energy costs have been outrageous for some 
time now and as the article points out, our Federal government has seemingly 
done little to address the issue. I guess that old saying is true, "the oil 
might be in Texas, but the dipsticks are all in DC".
