That's what I think happened too.  The previous run was HASL and
everything was fine.  The only change was to IM on this run.
Microsection will tell.  I've got to adjust it so the operator doesn't
strangle me next time I visit them.

Perhaps the board manufacturer just ran them through & a drill bit was
in the wrong slot and they were drilled smaller.
