You can use a nomagraph to correlate the specific gravity versus
temperature of the IPA/H20 solution (can find in old Ionograph
documentation) . Our tester measures s.g. at 35C and automatically
correlates.

Good Day All,

We are having a discussion about the specific gravity of the 75%/25%
solution in our ROSE tester. The question revolves around testing it hot
or cold.

Our ROSE tester runs at 112 degrees F and would like to know whether we
should test the SG at hot or cold. If so what would we expect for a
reading?
