I would think that loud shirts are not an English monopoly.  If you are
going to issue a challenge on Tech-Net, you should be inclusive.  More
IPC members have loud shirts than root for rugby teams  I personally own
Hawaiian and Paisley and actually wear my Oakland Raider shirts proudly
to the disgust of many of my acquaintances.

No apology is necessary, though the idea of a "loud shirt challenge"  
at the Schaumberg meeting in September might be interesting. Dewey and I
might even find somewhere other than the foyer to hold our quiet
conversations...
