I have solder paste calculator for stencil release. This may help you.
Contact me off line and I will send to you.

An easy way is to make a bunch of assumptions...

2" x 2" board
5 mil stencil
10% of board area is pasted
Paste is 50% metal
SnPb solder = 137.7	g/in^3

In this case you would have .1377g of SnPb on a 2" square board (Which
ignores the fact that you asked for the amount of paste, not
solder)

This will only be close to accurate if you know some of the actual
values assumed above, stencil thickness and paste coverage area probably
having the highest impact.

Subject: [TN] Average paste volume estimate

Does anyone have an easy way to estimate how much paste is applied to a
smt pcb? I understand it varies on

squeegee pressure, stencil thickness, and pitch of the components but I
was looking for an average. I would

assume that somewhere out there someone can estimate that "2 grams of
paste is used on a 2" x 2" smt pcb".

I will then use this information to determine how much lead is used on
non-RoHS products due to solder paste

issues and not non-compliant components.

Thank You in Advance,

Dan
