The Sn62 vs. Sn63 [on PCB] is a debate which has run for decades with people
on either side making an incontrovertible case for the alloy of their
choice. For most of this time in paste reflow this has been a cost free
discussion so could be pursued for the sake of it almost. The recent very
big increases in silver costs changes the situation.

We use Sn62 for 20 years now on military and space products.
We never heard about a problem with this alloy.
