Yes, that is what I meant. Thank you for the feedback, it is much appreciated. You have answered my question.

Thanks again.

I assume by RoHS compliant you mean that they will sustain a leadfree
solder process. The 4101B /121, /124 and /126 are meant to be the leadfree
process compliant versions of 21,24 and 26. Data for td, cte-z etc. has
been added.
In reality the minimum specs are a bit conservative compared to the best
materials out there.

Which material to use depends on the complexity of the design, board
thickness is a major factor.

Regarding RoHS compliance all boards where TBBPA is used reactive
complies, TBBPA is not regulated in RoHS at all but I guess at least
additive use will be regulated in the future, or at least bisphenol A.

Re: [TN] <List>[TN] IPC4101B Questions

To be more exact, this is what is called our PCB fabrication drawing for
materials that are ok to use.

Materials: IPC-4101B/24 /26 /29 /99

Therefore, can I assume that each of these are RoHS compliant materials?

Thanks

I believe it is the slash numbers for RoHS compliant products.
