W. G. Wargotz (Bell Labs) reported a method for obtaining spot readings on a
PWA. He glued a small Pyrex tube onto a PWA surface in a point where problems
were noted using a RTV type adhesive. The resulting conductivity cell was
filled with the 75/25 test solution, a probe inserted and the reading was
generated. I think the paper was published in the Proceedings from one of the IPC
world conferences.
Perhaps someone on staff or Werner can check their reference libraries.
