Talk to Raj or Jim Fern at DMI. They are experts at this type of thing,
and they have many different kinds of materials in stock. They have made
wave solder process control fixtures for me. These guys are really
professional, they understand all of the material characteristics of
different polymers and materials.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. No, I do not own
stock, but I wish I did.

Good morning,

I have a profiler that I want to mount in/on a panel I can use
repeatedly in my wave solder machine.  I've seen a white material, at
ACI  in Philadelphia, used for other types of soldering pallets, but I
have no information on the material.  Hopefully the material can be
easily machined without special equipment or tools.

Can someone point me to this material?
