No sooner do I get back and I need some help. This is an age old subject
that has once again reared its ugly head.

We have an assembly that we are building with mixed technology. We have a
kit for several thousand and we release them in work orders of 250. All of
the PWB's have the same date code 3307. We process about 500 a day.

The first 250 went through without a hitch; the second 250 had a few pin
holes in the through-hole components; the last 250 were terrible with what
I'd call severe out gassing on 50 out of 250.

What the heck would cause a drift like that from Tuesday to Wednesday?

Thank,

KennyB
