Good day 'Netters

A hypothetical question.

If a PWB is specified to IPC-A-600 class 2, and the assembly is specified to IPC-A-610 class 3, does this cause any issues for assembly?  We have a new designer who claims it would cause no problems, I am not familiar with IPC-A-600 so can't offer a valid opinion.
