Karl,

Although not fancy, maybe you can put the delrin or Teflon in a vise on
a manual X-Y stage and clamp this affair to the stage of a drill press
...

Sounds like a small machine shop might do you a bang up job without
costing a great deal - subject to just how many variations you have on
the basic theme.  :-)

But, if you are handy with you hands you might have the router give you
a stepped mold, then go in with a small dental chisel and smooth out the
steps.  Look upon it as mental therapy, or stress relaxation.  It is
getting close to Friday after all.

Hi Steven and Steve. Thanks for posting the pics Steve. We just using
Eccobond 45 cured at 160F. A clam shell mold would be good, but we are
limited in our ability to machine parts. In the past, we have layered
FR4 to get molds in the Z axis. We only have NC drill/router that does X
and Y axis. Mabe I can dremel out a piece of Delrin or Teflon.
