Dan,
Yes, many of the low residue fluxes can be successfully cleaned with the 
right saponifier and batch wash parameters.  I would suggest that you 
contact Kyzen Corporation.  They have done a great deal of work on 
chemistries to clean low residue fluxes, in both in-line and batch 
operations.  They have looked at almost every flux made.  We are a Kyzen 
house here at Rockwell.  They support their products very well.

Charlie Pitarys of Kyzen regularly hangs out on this forum.  I suspect he 
will be contacting you.

Folks,

 

I have a need to clean No-clean residue from PCBA's. Can this be
achieved with water washer and some type of saponifier ? Can anybody
suggest a batch process?
