Can anyone tell me if there is a distributor in Europe for polymer cored
solder balls. Am looking for 0.5mm diameter, with around 0.3 to 0.35mm
core. Have tried contacting Sekisui Chemical Co direct, but with no
reply. Could be a possible solution to a problem, if I can get them.
