Hi Scott,

There is also a through hole chart that I found a while back on the PCB Libraries web page. It is called "PCB Libraries Land Pattern Construction" and lists a lead size, a finished hole size and pads for inner, outer, Solder mask, etc. It is entirely in metric, but you can easily convert that if you don't use metric. PCB Libraries web page is a wonderful resource for designers with just TONS of information available there. I very highly recommend it.
