The current status of PoHS is that it is still undergoing the process of
assessing the 95 or so responses to the consultation. I spoke to the
Norwegian Pollution Control Authority today and they anticipate that it will
be a couple of months until they are able to propose a new date for
implementation. They also stated that there may be changes to the substances
or limit values as a result of the consultation process.
