Have you maybe tried out viasystems?
I know that the factory in England was quite capable of this spec.
If you want I also know a few important people there.

We had a potential source, but they have now backed out. It seems like several places have it in their capabilities list as "Advanced" or "Special"
and that often turns into ".well we'll try."
