I'm working on a large power board that uses all through-hole parts..lots of
them. Is there anything for through-hole parts that would be similar to
IP-7351 ? I've searched the IPC standards and PCB Libraries site and
others, but haven't found much for through-components.

I'm using the data sheets, but for the most part they don't have anything
regarding the recommended PCB hole sizes or mechanical/electrical clearances
(courtyard). Can anyone point me someplace where I might be able to find
some additional information ?
