Hi All,
Please forgive me if this is not the correct location to ask such a
question.
Does anybody have any experience dealing with companies / suppliers of
0.4mm and 0.5mm interposer / adaptor boards? I need to step these BGA's
up to 0.8mm or 1.0mm.
I am doing a design using these chips, but to reduce the product cost of
the board we would like to investigate this avenue.
