I saw this when Matt Aoki sent it out.  However, the way I see it,  C0950 
080211 is only available in Japanese.  Can anyone tell me if there is  a posted 
English translation, yet.  It would be nice to know how many of  those 
resistors and capacitors are going to come in marked.
