just have to register.

Try Jedec. They codevelop and publish the J standards and a few years
ago they started making most (all?) of their specs available for free.

I am trying to locate the J STD 003B downloadable version from IPC.ORG
to no avail.

 

Does anyone have this, a link to this, know how to find someplace to
purchase this.I've tried every search possibility on IPC.ORG and it just
does not come up.
