John,
only veterans can produce such good ideas! Yap. Right. I'll make a try.
The solder wires need be straightened somehow, but that problem can be
solved. Maybe less suitable for mass production, but worth trying.
Thanks!
Inge

Subject: [TN] absolutely crazy dispenser question
Hi all,
I have 100 mm long tube, quadratic cross section about 15x15 mm. It's
made up by 4 pcs double copper sided 'boards' put together to form the
tube. I need dispense solder paste on INSIDE in all for corners and all
along the 100 mm length. Now, have you seen dispenser robotics with
syringes that long? I would like to dispense in all four corners
simultaneously, but that is probably to be a dream only.
No, I can't buy ready to use molded stuff, or other tubular things, nor
cut-and-wrap, or any else products. The 4-piece design is given and
unchangeable. And..I can't print solder paste on the individuals for
later putting together.
/Inge
