What you want is the new Ersa controlled-output solder stations. After
an exhaustive qualification, I purchased a bunch of these for two of my
clients and they are VERY happy with them. We also got really good

Take my word for it, these are the best you can get for hand soldering
of lead-free alloys, and they are also the best in terms of value for
cost.
