I've not used the exact same one, but similar. I thought the one's we used
were tin plated nickel. Nickel oxides will not reduce with mild flux. 
I think Brian is right, you're going to need strong flux, stuff you don't
want to leave on the board.

I have to solder them using SN100C, no-clean process and guess what...
the solder does not wet on the pins. Even manual soldering is hard to
do.
