OSP finishes and specially the newer high temperature ones are more robust  
than the immersion silver as far as interaction with sulphur bearing  
environment.
 
Standard packaging will keep OSP protection for the intended shelf  life.
 
Most of OSP deterioration occurs with thermal excursions during the  assembly 
process.
