I guess this is a "how long is a piece of string" question but I need to 
make an estimate of the height of a group of 0402 caps after they've 
been soldered onto a flex. I've no idea who is going to do the soldering 
but it will be lead free. The pads will be per the cap manufacturers 
recommendations.

What will be a reasonable solder thickness to add to the 0402 thickness 
to give a nominal height for the assembly?
