Netters--I received this msg and don't have anything to share with the requester. Does anyone have any ideas?

"I am working with a CEM and together we have reduced OMI DPMO from about 500 to under 100. The quantity of defects 'not made' is in the order of ½ million for 2007.

"I know the CEM has made a lot of money on the reduced rework, but I need to show to my management that when the rework rate drops, field reliability improved and warranty costs are reduced

"Can you help me on the topic by pointing me to white papers, books, etc.?"
