It is my understanding that you need to request an individual license (on a
product and company basis) in order to send ITAR controlled data and
documents, to any foreign country, or to any person who is not a US citizen.

This is a bit of a different question for this forum, does anybody know what
the relationship is between Israel and the States with regards to out
sourcing going in either direction? I am being told that there is no issues
or limits but being ITAR registered we have to play it safe. After the two
guys gave sensitive information to China ITAR is on the prowl big time lot's
of heavy fines flying around.Any information on this or a direction to look
would be greatly appreciated.
