Since attachments do not go through on the listserv (which begs the 
question, why is there a place to attach docs when posting from the site?) 
and am unable to post the report on Commerce's site, would anyone be willing 
to volunteer to post it on their site?  

It would also be nice to get a volunteer for future docs as well.
