In my former life I have soldered millions of Dc-Dc bricks on metal 
substrates using both SnPb abd Pb free solder paste. Large BTU 
convection ovens were used as they were what was on the lines but if I 
had to do it over I would use a Sikama hot plate reflow system with a 
chill plate at the exit
