For the rest of Technet - this double act is actually taking place from
offices on opposite sides of SF south bay area.
And if you have ever been duck shooting in the south bay you will know where
hell is - interesting smell and full of stinking mud and garbage the south
bay is - if you put photo's of that on an environmentally friendly
California poster people would never believe it...8-)

Jim: Is cutting done before or after soldermask application? It there Tin
metal on board?
If the cutting is done before soldermask, and if there is no exposed Tin, I
would suggest something strongly alkaline.
