No, we do not use Solithane 113. I think UV40 is a relatively new conformal coating from Humiseal, and hence wanted to see if anyone on the technet is actually using it already.

I am working in Solithane Urethane but not Acrylated Urethane. Solithane Urethane giving me lots of problem, do you use Solithane 113/ C113-300.
What type of coating process are you applying? Dip, Spray or brushing?

Does anybody have any Experience (good or bad) with Humiseal's UV40 Conformal Coating?......we will need to use it on some of our boards soon and just wanted to test the waters to see if anybody else is already using it.
We already do UV cure coatings and have the necessary setup.
