Also, Sue, I forgot to mention IPC-TM-650  has several test methods to
determine moisture resistance to both liquid immersion and absorption
from air based on RH. The TMs are numbered 2.6.2, 2.6.3, and in that
general area of TM-650. There are also some TMs for measuring bakeout
times for different PWB materials. Let me know if you cannot find them.
