Hi Rich

Thanks for the intro Doug. Now to give you the fullest answer to the  
IEC question:

No there aren't....but I could always write one.....what would you  
like to see in such a document?

No kidding, I genuinely wonder what we would need to have in the  
document that would be helpful to users. If you have any thoughts,  
let me know - and if you do know of any groups preparing such a  
thing, it would be helpful to have contact details.


...and I am bracing myself to see Dewey's response to the Laser v  
Selective soldering issue....Yikes.
