The faster cooling rate/finer grain structure also resulted in the preferred
'shiny solder joints' with SnPb. Slow cooling gave dull looking joints,
which were thought to be 'cold solder joints' by many inspectors, wasting much
time/$ in unneeded touch-up, which didn't do the solder joints much good from
reliability standpoint.
