In attempting to work with what the world understands I want to mark my
circuit boards in compliance with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-609.

What marking systems are popular, effective, easy, non-conductive and
won't dissolve in dielectric oil (mineral oil)?

Kapton labels are common on many computer boards. Laser etch is great
on high production runs. Manually scratched marks works for
onesie-twosie assembly.

Is white non-conductive epoxy ink stamped onto the board a viable
solution? If so, can someone point me at a manufacturer or product?

Thanks in advance.
