No, it will not. We have had same experience. I investigated the boards
myself (years ago)and found no detrimental impact. We asked both Roger and
Taconic why that tarnish, but they had no answers. We changed to Arlon, and
had no further issues. It seems to be a batch dependent phenomenon, because
some batches were not affected at all. We did not dig in that any further.

Hi Technetters,
I am facing a problem with boards that are of Roger material and was
tin/lead plated.
We subject the boards to reflow, and those area where no solder joint
turned tarnished.
I wander will the signal or frequency be affected by the oxide formed
on the surface.
