There is not anything offered officially by IPC with the exception of white
papers and such. Your laminate supplier (or your pcb supplier) can provide
you with guidelines for the specific laminate used to fabricate your
product.

If you know what laminate is used you can probably get this directly from
their website, try Isola first.

Do you know that material type? Stackup, etc. perhaps I can point you in a
direction.
