Hi Mark,
A couple of issues—Question: how do you get storage temperatures of 110C 
unless you store on an enginine manifold or next to a furnace?
Actually, for your purposes the via fill material should have a CTE of 
roughly the same as the ED Cu—whant yopu need to be worried about is the via cap on 
top of which you want to build your micro-vias.
