Hi,
I am facing a problem of silver migration with soldered feedthru. The
silver plated feedthrus are soldered to an aluminum housing and +60V is
applied to the feedthru's pin. After period the voltage fall down and
silver residues observed on the glass insulator . These residues caused
the pin to short to the body.
Is epoxy adhesive which will cover the feedthru body , after the
soldering, can be a solution ?
Please advise,
Thanks,
Anat Douek
