The frequency or time period to  which they measure themselves is also
key (weekly DPMO, bi-weekly or one  month period).

All of those data points are taken into account, but for most products AOI  
in place of X-ray because there are no BGA's, etc. requiring X-ray.  They  
chart weekly and monthly DPMO.
