China new WEEE is adopted by goverment in Sep,2007, it will take effect
in Feb,2008.

It seems no english version....

This regulation in brief:

1.Company should get license if they: create, rebuild,re-use electronic
rubbish..

2.Company should give goverment many reports if they manage electrical
rubbish project: 

3.the punishment if company violate this regulation.

4.If equipment contains Pb,Hg,Cadmium,Chromium(hexad),PBB,PBDE, company
should annonce.....

5.etc
