* IPC - Association Connecting Electronics Industries(r) invites
researchers, academics, technical experts and industry leaders to submit
abstracts for poster papers for IPC Printed Circuits Expo, APEX and the
Designers Summit, March 30-April 3, 2008, at the Mandalay Bay Resort and
Convention Center, Las Vegas.

* Submissions are sought in all areas of the electronic
interconnection industry, especially SMT assembly, RFID circuitry,
design, PCB fabrication, embedded passive and active devices, rework &
repair, test and inspection, flexible circuitry and lead-free issues. An
abstract of up to 300 words summarizing technical and previously
unpublished, non-commercial work covering case histories, research and
discoveries is due by January 30, 2008, and should be submitted online
at http://www.goipcshows.org/CFP

* The IPC Shows offer presenters the opportunity to gain
significant visibility in front of key engineers, managers and
executives from original equipment manufacturers, printed circuit board
companies and electronics manufacturing service providers. The new venue
in Las Vegas promises to further raise global exposure due to the
worldwide appeal of this famous destination.

* For more information on the call for posters, including
instructions for submission of abstracts, or if there is any other
interest in participation in the 2008 IPC Shows, contact Greg Munie,
conference director, at mailto:[log in to unmask] or Toya Richardson at +1
