But what you required is not a free down standard, so it's a pity
that you need to buy it. As you're the new comer, and before we have
someone spread the standard out and IPC freeze the privilege of
attachment in this forum. Actually, IPC has the copyright of these
standard, but at the back of standard, they have spend such lot of
resource to support the development of standard. Moreover, some
copyrights are also not belonged to IPC, for example, very famous
standard IPC-A-610. If you can go through the standard, you can see
some figures inside are still belonged to other company. So the problem
is if we spread the standard out, IPC also have the risk of challenge by
other company. So please respect the copyright of IPC so that we can
make best use of the standard. Do you agree what I said? Just image,
if you labor were obliged by some else and you got nothing, what do you
think about this case? Hope to make the sense...
