Folks,

Norway's proposed regulation is under tremendous assault from many sectors -
industry, EFTA (European Free Trade Association) Surveillance Authority,
etc. It's going to be delayed and I would be surprised (but not astonished)
if it is promulgated as issued in June. So I'd suggest that you not do
anything drastic to comply with this yet.
