Many sit, some work, some contribute and a few good ones lead. Dave
Hillman is one of those dynamic leaders of this particular Committee.
That decision was not made (or tested) in a vacuum and reflects the
current activities. There was representation from all stakeholders who
were assumed to have buy-in from cognitive groups or areas of expertise
they were representing. There is a draft review and balloting process in
accordance with the by-laws of the organization before the new revision
is released.

The new JStd-002B 3.2.2 states that ROL1 flux shall be used for
solderability testing, while the old Rev JStd-002A 3.2.2 calls out ROL0
Flux.  Does anyone know why this was changed?
