 It has been successfully used by several shops. Data Solder Inc, which is a hot air leveling service in Santa Ana has been using it for a couple of years now; they are using tin/copper/cobalt type LF solder.

For years we knew and loved Pb HASL.  With the requirements of RoHS HASL
took a back seat.  Has L-F HASL had the kinks worked out so it is
becoming a main stream process?  If so, who is doing it and what is the
