Wayne et al,

Actually many flux manufacturers claim to have conformal coating  
compatible no-cleans. I know that Interflux do, I also know that  
there are many products running no-clean with coating.

The issue however, is to verify how much residue is left behind and  
whether they might cause a reliability issue. You will need to test  
your process. IPC-TM-650 2.6.3.7 is designed to help you do that.
