Yes, but you have to qualify the heck out of it.  So it makes sense if
you have the budget for it, such as if you are planning to make 5
million cars or so, but not for short, special runs such as is commonly
the case with Class 3.

Unfortunately, no one seems to both sell no clean flux and a compatible
conformal coat.

Also, the no cleans are problemmatic with rework--and short runs of
class 3 often have rework on every single unit.  The trouble is the flux
is only de-activated if done in a very controlled way.  The right reflow
profile will do it, but how do you get that during rework?

Does anyone using a No Clean flux with Conformal coating? Is it possible
to have a match pair in order to omit the cleaning step?
