Some equipment suppliers also refurbish machines they take as trade-ins. My
parent company, Universal Instruments, does this. They fix what needs fixed,
upgrade to a standard level of software and hardware (positioning system,
placement heads, vision), configure it to the customer's needs and offer a
warranty. For what you want to do, it may not meet your price range but
their website is www.uirmd.com. I imagine the other major equipment players
offer similar.
